1. Placing an Order

Once you have selected your desired product(s), including the appropriate size and/or color, you may add the item to your shopping cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button.

  • You are free to continue browsing the site; the contents of your cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the cart icon located in the top-right corner of the website.
  • Please note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Availability is only guaranteed once the order is confirmed and payment is completed.

When ready to place your order:

  • Navigate to your cart and review its contents.
  • You may adjust quantities before proceeding.
  • Select “Proceed to Checkout” to access the payment and billing section.
  • Enter your delivery and payment information to finalize your purchase.

Important: Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as processing begins immediately.

SimplyDenims is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.* All shipments include a tracking number, which allows you to monitor the progress of your parcel in real time.

  • A tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking information to update and become active.

3. Delivery Timelines

Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

  • Most items are shipped directly from our international suppliers to reduce handling time.
  • The average delivery timeframe is approximately 6 to 18 business days, depending on the destination and current logistics conditions.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, please understand that external factors (e.g., customs, local holidays, courier delays) may occasionally affect delivery timeframes.


4. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from the designated post office or collection point within the specified timeframe:

  • The package will be automatically returned to the supplier.
  • In such cases, SimplyDenims reserves the right to deduct a flat fee of $20 USD from your refund to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

We encourage customers to monitor their tracking updates closely and ensure timely receipt of their parcels.


5. Returns
